Dianne Blackburn

Dianne is an independent Educational Consultant providing bespoke education solutions to international schools world-wide. She has many years of consultancy experience in pedagogical leadership, change management and educator training solutions. As a facilitator and designer of professional development for teachers, coordinators and Heads of Schools throughout the world, Dianne has been responsible for the implementation of educational programmes in international schools, introducing new methodologies and technologies. In-school, she was responsible for the management of diverse teams, stakeholder engagement, change management, and training. In addition to her consultancy, Dianne also works for the International Baccalaureate as a Lead Educator, Field Representative and IBEN Workshop Leader. Outside her current role, she has worked for many years as an MYP Coordinator, Arts Teacher and Principal Examiner. As an experienced Lead Educator, Dianne has focused on supporting educators to meet the demands of our rapidly changing educational climate. She has designedstrategies to enable schools to align pedagogies such as Inquiry Based Learning to their context, whilst enabling teachers to provide high-quality, engaging education, through remote learning.

CA AMIT ARORA

Amit is a Chartered Accountant and a Law graduate with 7+ years of experience which includes working experience with Big4 firm for 3 years. His working experience is premeditated in assisting many of the renowned corporates from various industries related to Manufacturing, Telecom sectors, and start-ups as well. He is well-versed with all the compliance matters related to Tax & Regulatory practice, which is purposeful for the corporates to ease out their routine workings. Mr. Amit Arora has extensive knowledge in structuring businesses and getting the paperwork done smoothly. He has been instrumental in getting many upcoming SME’s appropriate funds to kickstart their ventures. He is a vital cog in the BB Barman Academy setup in dealing and discharging necessary clearances, filings, and much more. -->

Mr. Sidharth Das

Mr. Sidharth Das, an experienced educator, embarked on his teaching and training journey armed with a master’s degree in English. Our livewire with over 9+ years of professional experience equipped with a business sense of mind in getting core work done and handling PR and marketing strategies at BB Barman Academy has an indomitable spirit to reckon with. He is the reason for inbound and outbound marketing while liaisoning with school managements in two, three-tier cities of India. His impact extends beyond the classroom, as he also serves as a Resource Trainer, meticulously training fellow teachers and providing invaluable guidance to students and parents. His focus lies not only on academic development but also on the personal growth of each individual. Sidharth’s expertise isn’t limited to teaching alone. Since 2019, he has delved into Voice and Accent Training, significantly influencing English instruction across various regions. In his role as Manager Operations – Academics at BB Barman Academy, Sidharth supports Schools in Academics, Administration and Training.

CA Shalini Agrahari

Shalini is an ace in handling clients in the field of Auditing and Financial advisory services with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in it. She possesses extensive experience in managing statutory audit engagements and has served several medium-sized to large clients in various fields. She is also well versed in Indirect Tax Law, Advisory, Litigation and provides consultancy to various Industries related to GST and Custom Law.

Architect Ranel Kumar Das

Over the last years, Mr. Das has created a niche for himself all over India. He is currently associated with BB Barman Academy dealing with designing of schools and colleges. He has extensive technical knowledge and understands that the designs of buildings are subject to constantly evolving issues such as planning, legislation, environmental impact assessments and building regulations. He is recognised for his diverse work that encompasses a range of specialised areas – Master Planning, Residential, Commercial, Workplace, Hospitality and Houses through in-house integrated project delivery in Sustainability, Interiors, Landscape, Digital Technologies and Design Management. He is our in-house architect and Design Head having a team of 18 professionals who assist him to infuse life into our projects.

Ms Akanksha Barman

She has a work experience of 5 years in Resource Mobilization and External Engagement with corporate partnerships. She has been in charge of developing business solutions for major Corporates and Educational Institutions. While her main goal has been to generate more revenue for companies, she holds expertise in project management and client engagement. She is highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of best management practices. She is skilled at being a good negotiator and resolving conflicts. An individual with a high entrepreneurial spirit, a smart worker and a proven track record for success, Ms Akanksha takes a hands- on approach to building business opportunities. Our go-to woman to create and sustain business partnerships.
